Three-month delivery guarantee

If a paid proposal’s product is not delivered within three months of payment, the customer receives a full refund.

No escrow

Payments are not held in escrow. The refund commitment above applies to paid proposals.

Other issues

If you have a billing issue, an unexpected charge, or a problem with software you purchased, email joe@whatdoyouwant.io to request a refund. Include your purchase email, payment date and a description of the issue. Do not include card numbers. Joe will review the request and respond by email.
